Please read carefully before participating. These terms apply to all campaign
activities including the lucky draw.
Lucky Draw Participation
- Customers must purchase a full set during the campaign period to qualify for the lucky draw.
- Orders must be successfully delivered within the campaign period to be eligible.
- Existing customers who purchase a full set in a single receipt are eligible to participate.
- Each completed order or receipt is entitled to one (1) lucky draw entry only.
- Customers who use a 50% off voucher for their second purchase are not entitled to an additional lucky draw entry for that purchase.
- Customers must complete all required campaign tasks and fulfil all campaign requirements to qualify.
- Customers must provide accurate and complete personal information for verification purposes.
- The organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any non-compliant entry.
Prize Claim
- Winners must join our live session during the lucky draw announcement.
- Winners must provide the correct Lucky Draw (LD) number and Identification Number (ID No.) for verification purposes.
- Winners must comply with all campaign terms and conditions set by the organizer.
- If a selected winner fails to respond or complete verification within the specified period, the organizer reserves the right to select a replacement winner.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- The organizer’s decision is final and binding on all participants.
